Lentin International Business Consultants Ltd. (or L.I.B. as it has become known) started in 1978 as consultants to the Oil and Gas industry.  Over the years our training and mentoring services have come to dominate our business and we registered the Trade Name THE MENTORS in 1993. We believe that every person should have a mentor and constantly strive to help make connections between those who need help and those willing to give it. Our seminars have been given around the world.
